Notalis was an airline that was founded as a merger between Air Peach and Caelus Airlines. Until OneMRT closed operations, the two airlines were strategic partners, as they code-shared, shared lounges, and had reciprocal benefits in their frequent flier program. Briefly, after the falling out of OneMRT, both airlines joined SkyTransit, until Air Peach joined UnitedSkies. The two airlines had talked about merging for months and a deal was finally struck in the early summer of 2015. The new airline, which would be called Notalis, was announced after the Third Eagle Awards. When Feline Holdings acquired Frontier Group, a codesharing agreement began with IntraAir. After Frontier was spun off as independent again, no announcement of the dissolution of these codeshares or the continuation has been announced. Eventually, IntraAir decided to merge to become part of Notalis, at which a major restructuring project began for the airline, however IntraAir backed out shortly after it was announced.
In-Flight Service
Notalis had four classes of service on its fleet: FlagshipFirst, UpperClass, Main Cabin Select, and Main Cabin.
Flagship First
Flagship First was Notalis' highest and most luxurious class of service. Each private suite contained a fully lie-flat seat and sliding doors. Along with impeccable dining, Flagship First class passengers had access to the flight lounge, with snacks and the finest wines. Each Flagship First passenger had access to the Notalis Flagship First Terminal.
Upper Class
Upper Class had two distinguished products on Notalis. Available on the 747-800's upper deck, a fully lie flat seat and fine dining make Upper Class the most comfortable long haul business class in the skies. On all other two cabin aircraft, Upper Class had direct aisle access in addition to the lie flat seat. UpperClass passengers have access to the Notalis Loft lounges available all over the MRT. These lounges are a perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of the busy airport.
Main Cabin
Main Cabin had service in addition to complementary food and beverage service on all flights. Main Cabin Select offered charging stations at every seat in addition to alcoholic beverages.

Ground Service
Lounges
Notalis offered two types of lounges: Notalis Loft and the Flagship Lounge. ClubPlatinum members, Upper Class, and Flagship First passengers may enjoy Notalis Loft, which featured refreshments, premium alcohols and beverages, and high-speed WiFi. Available in select cities, Flagship First passengers were able to access the Flagship Lounge, which included made-to-order restaurant style dining and showers.
Notalis Flagship First Terminal
When flying Flagship First from MRT International, passengers were able to check-in in the Notalis Flagship First Terminal. Private transfers from the terminal were provided directly to the gate.
