The Garden Tower is a building owned by mustang_guy in Spawn City. The building is currently being used as his private residence.
History
Originally, this was the location and building of "The Studio Apartments" built by xplayman911. It sat vacant and empty for many months until mustang_guy became owner of it in late April of 2013. After undergoing a renovation, the building was leased to CarbonM14 to be the headquarters for his company. A few months later, after the lease expired, the building was then used as the headquarters of Paradise Inc. In late 2014, the building underwent another renovation to become a private residence for mustang_guy.
