Peaslake is a town, created by GrumpyGoomba9 (also the current mayor) at EN11. The town was founded in late 2017 after the opening of the MRT Eastern Line. The name comes from the small village of the same name near Guilford in Surrey, England (UK).

Peaslake is adjacent to the towns of Mountain View and New Bakersville. The B230 is under construction to the south of Peaslake to connect it to the A30, as well as New Bakserville. The B229 project (currently under construction) sets to link the B230 just south of Peaslake with the eastern portion of New Bakersille and Jaikrunda.

Peaslake is split into several districts. These are subdivisions within the town and are mostly used to aid navigation. Peaslake West - adjacent to the MRT station, contains the park as well as the Brown Goomba pub, the golf course and the shops. Nethercourt - is adjacent to Peaslake West and very similar. Contains the library, doctors, S Group Coffee, eGadget Electronics, the still under construction Nethercourt Metro Station and Nethercourt Hall.

Peaslake Centre - forms the area around the Goomba Corp HQ, as well as the raised quartz parade. The under-construction B230 emerges here between tunnels, with future plans for a junction here once built. Rubik's Estate - located to the south adjacent to the future B230, named due to the town hall, metro station and 4x4 Housing being shaped like Rubik's cubes. This district also contains the notorious Rubik's Corner roundabout which is currently undergoing major roadworks, as this roundabout will form a junction on the B230 with an ambitious scheme started in Jan 2018 . Hopewell - located to the north is currently home to very few developments. These are Hopewell Park Campsite and the newly opened Hopewell Showground. This area is much greener than the rest of the town. The planned B230 has now been diverted to protect the natural landscape here.

Although Peaslake has some land around it's MRT station, expansion here is restricted by both natural barriers and nearby towns. For this reason, most new developments outside of the original developments of Peaslake West and Nethercourt have been further east, with plans for a port on the opposite coast once the B229 is opened.
