Plainscity is a town founded by Matthieu_Dinh sometime around Jan 2013 and got recognized as a town on Jan 29 2013. At the time there was still the old town hall , the old info board , the first Matt's Fast Food , the police station , a bridge going to do bridge district many of these buildings still exist and you can recognize the old and new buildings by: the old buildings use stone bricks, the new buildings use Quartz with the exception of some buildings.
La ville a été fondée par Matthieu_Dinh parfois autour de Jan 2013 et s'est reconnue comme une ville le 29 janv. 2013. A l'époque il y avait encore l'ancien hôtel de ville, le vieux tableau d'information , le première Matt's Fast Food, le poste de police, un pont qui va au pont district la plupart de ces bâtiments existent toujours et vous pouvez reconnaître les anciens et les nouveaux bâtiments par: les anciens bâtiments utilisent des briques en pierre, les nouveaux bâtiments utilisent quartz à l'exception de certains bâtiments.

Expansion
Matthieu_Dinh the mayor of Plainscity has announced an expansion of Plainscity it calls for 1 more metro line (finished) and 2 apartment block 1 police station a luxurious hotel run by MattHotels.
Plainscity Transit Hub
The Plainscity Transit Hub is a railway station where other rail line builders can choose to stop at Plainscity.
It houses the Irish Minecart Transit System, JDT Red Line and the Plainscity Transit Systems (Lines 1, 3 and 5). It is going to house RS Transit's express line and Cortesi's Metro3 Line. It also has a bus station and a helipad.
Concourse B
On 27/11/2013 the mayor announced a new section to be built on the transit hub it will be located in the expansion zone and will replace luxurious hotel it will be connected to Concourse A by a train line.
Le Plainscity Transit Hub est une station de chemin de fer où d'autres constructeurs de la ligne de chemin de fer peuvent choisir de s'arrêter à Plainscity.

Le 27/11/2013, le maire a annoncé une nouvelle section à être construit sur le centre de transit, il sera situé dans la zone d'expansion et remplacera hôtel de luxe, il sera relié au Terminal A par une ligne de train.

2014 planning
The mayor announced that in 2014 Plainscity will reclaim the water surrounding Plainscity it will add a 6th metro line 10 more apartment blocks , a marina,Houses,a new gigantic mall and 2 office and a light rail to facilitate residents transportation as there are no roads in Plainscity NE.
