The Progressive Adaptive Party, Progressive-Adaptive Movement, most commonly "Prog-Adap", was a political party on the MRT. It was founded on July 27th, 2020, as the successor to the Integrity and Justice Party (otherwise known as IJP), and was dissolved due to inactivity on August 22nd, 2022.

The Prog-Adap differs from other, more left-leaning parties on the MRT in the sense that it relies less on political ideologies than on moral values. For example, in the perspective of Prog-Adap, viewing sexuality as a freedom, or ethnicity as irrelevant, is considered neutral, where views on the freedom of the economy form the political spectrum. Religious or traditional reasons that jeopardise the roles of gender/sexuality/ethnicity are considered obsolete and unaccepted in this unorthodox political spectrum.
