Scarborough Parks and Recreation Department (SPARD) is a department under the government of Scarborough that manages the parks and recreational facilities of the city. They are tasked with regualar upkeep of facilities and construction of new facilities.

Corner Park was built on a whim by the mayor when trying to think of more builds. The idea was to fit a park in as tiny of a space as possible. Corner Park was the result.

Fourth out of the parks built in the city, MRT Plaza was built around the time that the City was promoted to [Senator]. The park stretches from  P20  Scarborough - New Kent to  P21  Scarborough. The park is the city's landmark as it covers a significant chunk of of the area that makes up Scarborough. The park can be easily identified by its dotting of podzol, grass, and dirt throughout the ground and pavilions with tables scattered through the park. A random musical sphere from a strange world of chiefs is a small highlight of what's to find in MRT Plaza.

The first out of all parks built in the town. City Plaza is the area between the Courthouse, Library, and City Hall. The area features a reflection pool facing the City Hall and the centerpiece, Variation on a Japanese Bridge.

Built underneath the freeway in Scarborough, Freeway Park included a fountain and airplane statue when first built. Recently, the park has been added on with a tennis court and possibly, other recreation in the future. The park creates a miniature buffer from Downtown Scarborough to South End. A small centerpiece of the park is the plane sculpture that makes up the pillars of the highway above it.

One of the first stadiums built in Scarborough near  P22  Scarborough - East Calbar, the stadium features a 29x29 field for Spleef. This field is MLS certified and is the home field for the Scarborough Team. The stadium features reset command blocks on both West and East Sides. In addition, free signs are set up in order for anyone to acquire a proper spleef kit featuring food, shovel, and armor.

Built in Lumoise City, Scarborough, this swimming center features 6 swimming lanes with a redstone indicator when the swimmer has finished a lap. Originally built for TacoBurritoAThon festivities, this center is open for use by anyone in the city.
