Seaview & Aguaspueblos is a town located directly on Lake 8 at the mouth of the canal connecting it to the Autumnal Sea. Seaview was founded by jamess__, was transfered to BernCow in 2016, and was transferred to time2makemymove before finally being returned to BernCow on November 8, 2020. The section of Aguaspueblos, however, was founded solely by time2makemymove as a replacement to the never-built OceanView development west of Seaview.On June 12 2021, the nearby town of Oasis Sands was aquired by BernCow and will be incorporated into Seaview

Seaview was founded some day in some month in some year by JamesGaming. The oldest area is the Central Beach with the beach huts made first. In May 2016 it was given to Bern Cow

Tram
SNAP TRANSIT, Seaview and Aguaspueblos' regional transit company, owns and operates all bus and rail transport within the towns. The Central Link is an under-construction tramway connecting Seaview beach to Aguaspueblos beach, with a planned branch to Savacaci as well as the possibility of westward expansion
