Sendai is an unranked town in the outskirts of Central City owned by Johngi.
History
The plot of land Sendai is on was claimed previously by two people - EliteNeon (who claimed XE2) and Frogggggg (who claimed the lake to the east of Sendai). Neither of them were built on and eventually the land came to be largely abandoned. Two towns were built nearby, Grayzen and Rochshire, but both were far enough away to leave an unclaimed area of land right outside Central City.
After finding the area, Johngi claimed it and started the first few buildings on Shibuya St.
Name
Sendai (pronounced [seꜜndai] where the first syllable is at a higher pitch than the rest of the word) is a romanised version of 仙台 (せんだい) meaning something along the lines of a "wizard on the high ground". It is also the name of a city in the Tōhoku region of Japan.

Transit
Sendai is located about 100 blocks north east of Central City and as such it is planned to be heavily connected with it.
Rail
Intra-city connections
Sendai is planned to have a large network of metro connections inside the town and the rest of Central City.
The CentralLink E line is planned to service Sendai at Aoba Station. The line is planned to enter the city east of the Central City Warp Terminal.
Inter-city connections
A rail terminal, Central City Sendai Station, is being built east of Aoba station as a through station for Fred Rail trains from the north going to the Central City Belt Line.
