Seolho (officially called the City and Federal Territory of Seolho) is a city founded by LithiumMirnuriX that is located in the southern New World.

History

Seolho was founded on January 1, 2017 to replace Janghwa as LithiumMirnuriX's main town. Since the city's road network was sprawling out being quickly witb few buildings built, Tom Pairs set the city border to restrict further road building, halting mayor's original city development plan.

The (Temporary) town hall was built on September 3, 2017 and first residential building was built on January 27, 2018. Buildings built by other players were first built on February 5. These buildings were meant to be temporary structures and were planned to be rebuilt after the city claimed back its original planned land.

As the city hit 10 builds, Tom Pairs allowed the city to further claim the land, allowing the mayor to plan the metro network, and a seaport on March 2018. Seolho was connected to other cities with a ferry route on June 30, 2019. A warp rail hub, jointly developed by SEAT, was also planned and hasn't been built (on September, 2019). Janghwa joined the Epsilonian Republic under Ophelia Confederation on January 13th, 2020.

Geography and Administrative Divisions

Seolho is located on the peninsula connected to a large snow biome in Southern Epsilon around Estival Sea.

The nearest cities of Seolho includes Boston and New Haven to the north, Elecna Bay and Fort Yaxier to the northeast, Zerez and Whiteley to the northwest, and Tung Wan to the southeast.

Seolho Prefecture

Located in Seolho Peninsula, Seolho Prefecture is the westernmost prefecture of Seolho, mostly filled with commercial and residential buildings and a sea port. The National Park, which was built to protect the settlement of natives and the environment, is located at Eastern Seolho. The name "Seolho" is translated to "Snow Fox" in Korean.

Songmyo Prefecture

Songmyo Prefecture is located in the Northeast of Seolho Prefecture. It also includes the Capital Territory of the Ophelia Confederation. The name "Songmyo" is translated to "Pine Lynx" in Korean.
