ShadowCorp is a company currently owned by shadowboarder. Its main franchise is Woolporium Wools, with a new franchise called Mann's Cinema currently in the planning stages. ShadowCorp also operates ShadowCorp Real Estate, a real estate agency currently exclusive to Spruce Plains. ShadowCorp was founded to handle all franchises created by shadowboarder.
Woolporium Wools
Woolporium Wools is the flagship franchise of ShadowCorp. Each franchise is either custom built onto a 14x14 plot or fit into any mall or commercial space. The store offers a large variety of wools, ranging in color from blue to yellow to magenta. Each franchise is only $5. Payment can be made in game to shadowboarder.

Mann's Cinema
Mann's Cinema is a large movie theater franchise that has four showing areas and a large middle area with ticketing booths and a concessions stand. The theater tries to reflect a mix of modern and classic theater style. The price is $15. A color instead of light blue can be used to reflect the town for $20. Each franchise will take up approximately a 61x46 plot, so please be sure to leave ample space for the theater.

Eden Running Company
Eden Running Company is a brand new franchise owned by ShadowCorp that is still being developed. It is a running store that will focus on selling running shoes but will also include other running-oriented gear such as shirts.
Pricing
Unlike other ShadowCorp franchises, Eden Running Company uses a dynamic pricing model based on the size of the store and whether or not it is a custom store. The costs are listed below:
- Standard Franchise (size TBD) - $7
- Custom Size, standalone, any size - $8 plus size-based cost
- Custom, pre-built building, any size - $4
Prices for the Custom Size franchises are based on a function of the size of the requested franchise. Each custom sized franchise will be greater then $8; added costs will be dependent on the size of the franchise. The formula used for determining this cost is still being determined.

ShadowCorp Real Estate
ShadowCorp Real Estate is a local real estate agency currently located exclusively in Spruce Plains. This agency sells nice looking houses at a fair price. To purchase your house in Spruce Plains, please contact shadowboarder in-game. Most houses cost less then a Woolporium.
