Spruce Plains Transit Authority
The Spruce Plains Transit Authority is the main transit management authority of Spruce Plains. They are tasked with operating all rail and bus lines within the city of Spruce Plains, as well as managing outside transit connections with other cities. Currently, there are 2 rail lines and 1 tram line, with 1 rail line in the planning stages, the tram line scheduled for possible demolition, and two bus lines in the planning stages.

Rail
All local rail service is operated by the LRT/Trams Division and the Metro Division.
Blue Line
The Blue Line is a light rail line that mainly runs down Hiawatha Avenue. It starts at Northstar Station and currently ends at Embassy Parkway station, with plans to extend it to T21 station.

Embassy Parkway Express (EPX)
The Embassy Parkway Express , often shortened to EPX , is a metro line running underneath Embassy Parkway. It offers service from the Embassy Parkway station directly to City Hall station. This service is scheduled to be replaced by the Orange Line .

Orange Line (future)
The Orange Line is a future metro line that is still in the planning stages. When built, it will offer service to Riverfront Park and run down Washington Avenue. It will then use the existing tracks of the Embassy Parkway Express, then proceed towards T21 station. This service will replace the Embassy Parkway Express.

Sky Harbor Express (future)
The Sky Link Express is a planned express bus line that will shuttle passengers from the T21 bus station to the Victory Transit Hub at Whitechapel Sky Harbor International Airport.
