Since you don't have a B515 shield upload to the "Template:Road" the top wont work. I am still learning how to do road shields so I am sure someone wouldn't mind making one for you. Once some one uploads it and adds it to the template you would just need to reload this page, I think. --MIKE24Dude (talk) 09:03, 22 August 2016 (EDT)

I would prob ask shadowboarder for one.. he makes some SICK templates!
