Route Proposal

Below is a proposal I drew up for a possible route for one of the Flash Rail lines, of course you would obviously have to talk to the mayors to see if they want Flash Rail service and to see if they are of the eligible rank. The route of the line could also vary depending on where the mayors want their stations and the terrain. I'm planning a highway between Whiteley and Birdhall. Could the line be underground beetween these two cities? -Yellowitcher
