Hey Golden, it might not be appropriate to broadcast your views here about the town. I know there's dispute between you and Sarah over who owns it, and I would suggest taking it to a talk page if Sarah had a wiki account, but since she doesn't, it might be best to just talk with her privately instead of raging on here like this. While what you said may be correct, it IS a bit rude to Sarah by calling her a "woman". If you have any disagreements about the ownership of that town, you should probably mail the staff members about it, but considering how busy they are, they will probably ask you to settle on your own.
