Merger / Name Change / New Agency

I'm debating with myself a little here. Inchmuir Space Agency (ISA) is my space company, its owned by the city of Inchmuir as a national agency. I'm currently building Falloway Space Centre (FSC) and I want it to also be managed by a national agency. My question is should I:

  1. have ISA manage the new space centre
  2. have a new space agency (Falloway Space Agency) manage the space centre, or
  3. explore a new joint venture between Inchmuir and Falloway by merging ISA into something the two cities can share

This only really affects me but I'd like to get an opinion, what would you do in my situation? Thanks, Thomasfyfe (talk) 11:21, 16 October 2016 (EDT)
