Reorganising?

As good of a layout this is, I feel it's gonna be a pain scrolling down, with all the rail lines extending the other boxes to halfway down the page. I'm pretty sure there will only be more rail lines, so it might be good to a) start the listings at the top of the table instead of the center, and b) split the rail lines into "MRT lines" and "Other lines"; possibly even "Local systems" too. Infinite carts are broken

Suggestion for some cleanup
