Wythern Joining SEC
Wythern (C41) would like to join the South East Cities, and I would like my city to be added to the proposed rail network. Is it possible to be in both the South-Southeastern Association and the South East Cities at the same time? Baseball02a (talk) 22:05, 15 June 2016 (EDT)
