Are you sure that this is a good idea? AFK Boxes are not made for permanent enshrining and rivalries. Skelezomperman (talk) (contribs) (email) 17:18, 14 October 2016 (EDT)

Hi, don't want to tread on any toes, but I don't think this is really a 'rivarly', more a display of the server culture. As a guest, I would have been interested in something like this, as exploring Central City is one of the first things one does as a guest. I think we can all agree that CC needs a bit of love, and this is a very unique way to go about it. DJMC2000 (talk) 18:19, 14 October 2016 (EDT)
Even the King of AFK Boxes agrees with me. Skelezomperman (talk) (contribs) (email) 18:31, 14 October 2016 (EDT)
I think this is a unique idea that represents our "tradition". Also, why is it a bad idea? AFK Boxes are DEFINITELY not about rivalry and that's not what this museum wants to show. There are no rules against this idea so personally, I think this is great. D e r p y _ M e l o n 18:34, 14 October 2016 (EDT)
AFK boxes are supposed to be one time things, but I can see this going too far by leading to people competing to build the best one to be in the "museum"...AFK boxes have been taken too far before, and I don't think AFK boxes need to be this glorified. We've had this in the past, and we've tried to stop it the past. AFK boxes are one time things, not for saving and compete ting for the best one. This could lead it to going too far. I agree with DJMC. Central City needs some love. And personally I think that this could be a fun way of showing it some. We all are guilty of making AFK boxes, and some people get really extravagant with them (see AFK town), and frankly I think that these are things that would be cool to show off. Just my two cents. If it starts to get out of hand, the staff can interfere then, but personally I don't think it's fair to just strike it down now because you hate fun you have a hunch that it might cause a problem later. tl;dr: You should let him do what he wants unless it gets to be a true nuisance imo. 1) I don't need your backhand insults Soleurs, so please stop. 2) Insulting someone you're arguing against doesn't make your argument right. 3) If you want to make Central City more popular, then why aren't you building there? 4) If you're going to make it, be wary of what could come. MinecraftYoshi26 (talk) 19:14, 14 October 2016 (EDT)
1) It's stricken out for a reason. 2) See: #1 3) Because I have my own projects in the works for Konawa. Excuse me for developing my town. 4) Well I doubt he'll get a warning if it gets out of hand. It'll probably just be a notice from the staff asking him to stop. The server is about building what you think is nice, creative, or fun (See: Remember that this is just a game. Chill out and have fun.) And there's nowhere in the rules that says you can't make a museum out of AFK boxes. The only references to AFK boxes in the rules is "You may "AFK Box" a player only if that player is okay with it. Clean it up afterwards." Soleurs (talk) 19:45, 14 October 2016 (EDT)
I actually like the idea of something out of the ordinary in CC, but it may get to the point where staff will get in and try and stop it. That happened to me very recently. Ben6331 - Mayor of Ben Nation and Director of Towns and Cities since 2015 (talk) 19:55, 14 October 2016 (EDT)
Oh my god... I totally lost control on my own page! xD Two things: 1) Please keep calm, this is a peaceful project. 2) Thanks everyone for your messages, however don't see why the museum would cause 'rivalties'. I will choose the boxes myself so that people don't try do make the 'best' box. Thank you, Yellowitcher

I don't have a problem with it.

Just make it look good, and get permission from the creators of each AFK box.--Aliksong (talk) 10:50, 15 October 2016 (EDT)
