The Radiance Project is the name for the reorganization and reformation of Radiance Square. The project will add 6 districts which will focus on a certain category of city life (Government, Downtown, Residential, ect.) The project will also add details to buildings along with finishing a fully functional metro system.
Purpose
This project was created after two failed Senator attempts for Radiance Square, both saying little detail on most buildings. The project wanted to help the city also appear like a city which would not fall in the shadow of its neighboring city, Whitechapel. Finally, the project wanted to finish the metro system which was talked about with JamesGaming but postponed indefinitely.
