General Information
Toyota is located just south of Chicagoland and is a suburb of that town. The town currently contains 47 buildings. The tallest building in Toyota presently is The Prism which is a 4-floor mainly food hall building with a 4th floor events space. The Prism was constructed on May 13, 2022, and is mainly made out of prismarine blocks. Toyota received councillor on May 14, 2022. Toyota prohibits cars and horses within town limits only allowing bicycles and pedestrian walkers and has unnamed pathways located throughout for this purpose including a parking garage for bicycle parking only. Despite having the name Toyota, this Toyota truly doesn't allow cars, lol. The mayor of Toyota is Minecraft252 while the deputy mayor of Toyota is mi_aquamarine. While mi_aquamarine has been the deputy mayor of Toyota since May 10, 2022, pretzel33 was briefly, for like the first hour of the town, the deputy mayor of the town though pretzel33 suggested Minecraft252 to select a new deputy mayor and obliged in doing so. Toyota Park is the only town park located within Toyota. Toyota Forest is the only town forest located within Toyota. Toyota itself is a Japanese-inspired town to the point that the town has named its businesses after businesses that exist irl Japan. At one time, Minecraft252 considered changing the name of the town to Kyoto, Sapporo, or Nagano though ultimately decided to keep the Toyota name. Kyoto wasn't chosen since New World already has a town named Kyoto. Sapporo wasn't chosen since Sapporo, Japan, irl is a somewhat snowy city and Toyota in New World isn't in a snowy biome. Nagano wasn't chosen since Toyota isn't located in a mountainous area only contains low hills. Therefore, the town name remains Toyota.
