The Union of Central Western Territories (or UCWT for short) is a mega-SMP, NOT AN MPO of the cities of Sealane, Formosa, Wallowyn, Los Doritos and Danielston. It was first thought of in September of 2015 by RLcrafters and camelfantasy; they wanted to create a huge SMP between the originally individual cities of Sealane, Wallowyn and Formosa. However, as plans developed Los Doritos became part of the SMP before the first application in late September. The application was denied because there was a large empty plot of land between the cities. However, unshaken by the denial of their application, Camel and RL started developing their cities with one goal and one goal only: to fill up the empty land between them.

It was around this time that the mayor of the city of Wallowyn had gone semi-inactive, so RL tried to get in contact with him to see what was going on. Eventually RL was appointed as a caretaker of Wallowyn while the mayor was away. This was great news as he could expand Wallowyn, which was partially in the way of Sealane's expansion route. After a few months of work, Camel and the city of Formosa started an SMP with the city of Danielston, at which point the future SMP now covered 16 total and 8 unique MRT stations and was growing rapidly. They then all got together and decided that now would be a good time to apply again, so they did, and it was accepted by Frumple on 19th December 2015. And so after a long few months of constant work, the UCWT was born. On March 23, Tom_Pairs approved the joining of 42 with UCWT, on the condition 42 is helped to reach mayor.

Los Doritos was a town made by cybershell12. It has been claimed by RLcrafters, and expansion permissions given to _nopro, but it was given to Camelfantasy to expand and connect the hamlet to Formosa.

However in late December 2015, RL began constructing and reviving the town, and renamed it Little Italy under suggestion from Camelfantasy due to the Italian-themed buildings in the area. The first new structures to appear in the town were some Italian style roman villas on the main road through the town and the municipal mail centre, which is the hub for MailRail.

Waterways

Kenthurst-Formosa-Sealane Canal links the northern regions of UCWT to the West Lake via Kenthurst. Several harbors/dockyards are planned to be constructed around Formosa, which will provide waterbus connections at transit ports and docking areas with cargo storage and loading zones for cargo ships.

Formosa Dockyard

A rather large port has been built just southeast of Diamond Sector in Formosa. It will be mainly used for shipping and will have container storages, cranes, and rail connections. A freight/passenger railway passing through Formosa links the cargo tracks at the Formosa Dockyard with other areas of the server via rail. The port will be connected to other waterways via the Kenthurst Arm of the Kenthurst-Formosa-Sealane Canal from a boundary river.

Formosa Harbor

A harbor built in the east of Diamond Sector meant for commercial purposes. The harbor has space for at least 6 boats for docking. It will be connected to other waterways via the Kenthurst-Formosa-Sealane Canal.

Air

UCWT has several flight facilities located throughout the SMP.

Union of Central Western Territories International Airport

United Central Western Territories International Airport, or simply Central Western International (CWI), is a large airport just south of Sealane/Wallowyn and southeast of Formosa. For detailed information, refer to Union of Central Western Territories International Airport.

Military

UCWT Armed Forces is currently made up of the formerly-separate militaries of Formosa Armed Forces and Armed Forces of Sealane. They have joined forces and will now each administer different branches. FAF will administer the Navy and Home Guard while Sealane will be in charge of the Army and Air Force. Do not underestimate the military, they are very powerful.
