United Cities/Passed Motions

As of the 23rd of November, 2018 the United Cities has been disolved. All Departments and organizational activities are no longer operational and all United Cities assets have been given to respective players. All United Cities pages on the wiki are kept as an archive.

This page is a list of resolutions which have passed the General Assembly as motions to complete an action, for example, the confirmation of officials, but that do not necessarily create law, and therefore are not included on the Constitution or Enacted Resolutions pages.

Motion 1: The Southwestern Canals Proposition

Motion 4: Associate Justice Confirmation of _InDev_

Motion 5: General Assembly Confirmation for the Nomination of MinecraftYoshi26 to the Position of Election Clerk

MinecraftYoshi26 is hereby confirmed as the Election Clerk of the United Cities for the January 2017 election.

Motion 6: Waiver for Debates for the January 2017 Election

The requirement for a debate to occur under the Elections Act shall hereby waived for the January 2017 election. This is only for the January 2017 election and shall not apply to future elections.

Motion 7: Authorization for the Committee on the Construction of Canals to construct any canal

This resolution shall grant the Committee on the Construction of Canals, an executive committee created on January 16, 2017, authorization to propose any canal approved by the committee to the staff of the Minecart Rapid Transit server. It shall also be mandated that all canals are legally under the ownership of the player who sent the email to propose the canal and any others assisting are contractors, however the canal shall be considered to be property of the United Cities if they are proposed and debated within the #canals Discord channel, with the legal owner as the caretaker.

Motion 11: The Authorization of the Extension of A30

This resolution will authorize the United Cities Committee on the Construction of Highways to build an extension of A30 past its current plan around the northeast of the lake north of the Hummingbird Islands through the Ravenna and St. Anna areas to end roughly at BirchView, as seen here.
