At the roadblock in Nymphalia, one team member had to search the trees near the Lakeside Trail for honey bottles. Once three bottles were collected, they would receive their next clue.
At Adama Square in Caprica, one team member had to complete a roadblock where they had to memorize a passage from Edgar Allen Poe's "The Cask of Amontillado", then travel to the nearby library and transcribe it into a book. If they copied it correctly, they would receive a clue leading them to the leg's Pit Stop.
Whiteley ➝ Birdhall ➝ Monolith ➝ Dewford City

Teams were instructed to take rail from Whiteley Turing Square to Birdhall and find their next clue at the Southhall Dam.
At the dam, teams found the roadblock, which instructed them to dive into the Birdhall Reservoir to find four hidden banners. Once finished, teams found their next clue at the Acacia Pod. Teams were then instructed to head southwest into Haskaa to take the Yelo Waterbus to MRT Marina and then find boat connections to Monte Isola. In Monte Isola, teams had to take a HarbourAir seaplane to Monolith. Once there, they had to find their next clue in the large solar farm nearby. The clue there told teams to go to the Purple Monolith.
Teams found another roadblock at the Purple Monolith. In this roadblock, one team member had to recreate a section of wall in a designated area. After this was completed, teams found their next clue at the angel statue, which told them to take NewRail FLR to the Pit Stop, Dewford City.

For their first clue, teams had to boat through fences to a small island.
In Setting Up, teams had to remember a dining set with heads and recreate it at Ellis Beach. In Going Up, teams received a screenshot of the Port Sonder skyline with certain apartments highlighted, and had to deliver food to those apartments.
At the roadblock in Rattlerville, the selected team member had to complete the parkour course to receive their next clue.
