About:

Once a player has reached the rank of Primer with there city there isn't anything to look forward to or achieve for their city. To help encourage a player to continue to develop there city further with builds or holding events in the city. Premier Achievements can help motivate a player to continue with their city. This is like earning an achievement on another game. The only pre-requirements to earn these Achievements is to be of the Premier rank and to have a space in your Premier city for the banners. Thought the work can be done before the player and their city's has Achieved the Primer rank. Unless otherwise stated. The nice thing about this to is we can continue to add more Achievements past the initial list. The Premier Achievements are not met to be easily earned. Some might be out right impossible to earn. Some consideration could be considered base on the city's location or style. For instance one of the requirements needing a boat transport between your city and another. Where your City may be totally land lock an alternative requirement may be possible. Like needing both a Bus and Train transportation or creating a sea plane airport using an artificial lake.

Requirements

The only requirement to start earning the Premier Achievements is to have your city of the rank of Premier on the MRT

To have a space set aside to place the Banners and Sign for each achievements your city earns

If you have a Wiki page as well for your city there should be a section to input the banner images.

Then just complete the Achievement requirements of the particular Achievement

Multi Banner Achievements

Some Achievements may have more than one banner and may utilize a multi banner system to display correct counts. For instance the number of MRT stations in your city can be shown with more than one banner. There is a banner for One, Five and Ten MRT Stations. If you had 17 MRT stations in your city. That could be displayed with one Ten MRT Station Banner, One five MRT station banner, and two single MRT station banner.

Other Banners have Icons in the middle to denote additional achievements. For instance. There is an achievement for having a military with at least one base in your city. the stripe color denotes what kind of military it is. Navy, Army, other. If there is just the stripe the military is run by the owner of the city and it defends the city only. If there is a black circle in the middle of the strip that means that the military stationed in the city is not owned by the player. If there is a gold circle then the players military not only defends the players city but is stationed around the MRT as well.

The Achievements.

Minecart Rapid Transit

IMG : have an MRT Station in your City. You get one banner for each station you have in your city. There is a 5 and 10 station banner for this achievement as well. Transfer stations that have two or more MRT lines in it counts as one station.

Biome no Challenge

IMG : Have your city span over 5 different named named biomes. Biomes need to be of natural creation and not from biome changes.

I got to save you

IMG : Have a Police station, Hospital, and Fire Station in your town. Please put some effort into the interior of these buildings as the exterior of the buildings.
