MRT shield template

I didn't know who's talk page to put this on, but since you made the shield template photoshop compatible, its your problem :P. Anyways, it turns out you can open .psd files with GIMP. After a small amount of tinkering, I made an MRT shield template that uses GIMP. So idk where to put it, maybe you could handle that? minnesota is the best, except for when shadowboarder isnt in the state (talk) 18:39, 12 June 2016 (EDT)

If you make the GIMP template available to download online (such as on Google Drive or another cloud service) and send me the link, I can upload the files to the same folder that my Photoshop template is in.
