Invalid Claim
It seems to me that you have a second claim (on new world) at C23 - ES3 . Since you have a claim for Sesby and you are only councillor, the claim at C23 - ES3 invalid.

- The claim is not invalid. The station is claimed for the expansion of his town immediately to the south. Also, the station is well within 300 blocks of Sesby, meaning that you cannot claim the station. Rocketscience has full rights to the station, so do not touch. I'm not KittyCat11231's evil twin!
