Road Construction B-91

Hello Starcubed,

im planning to build a B-Road from my city (Birch Forest City at C114) to your city (Laclede). I already asked jphgolf4321 for a permission to construct the road. He allowed me that but he also said that I should ask you too. Could you give me the permission for the construction of B91?

I would be very happy if you allow that.
