sure, when the membership is open. i'm planning on establishing a member in autunno, but idk where the main HQ will be. i'm planning on it being an easy way for ROE members to share local news with others. it'll be modelled off the public broadcasting in the US, i'll develop it more when i come back. Proposal

Hello, when I return to the server (Hopefully sometime this month), I'm planning on potentially replacing TeleNansei Media with a broadcasting association made up of Nansei-Gunto's municipal broadcasters (so far just Shenghua) and TeleNansei, which will jointly contribute programming to Channel 6 (like ARD in germany). If this goes through, would you be willing to establish a broadcaster in Shahai?
