Vakasuka is the seventh island settlement of Itokani, located in the Northern Ocean in the region of Senikau. The island was built by McYoshi26, the mayor of Itokani. Construction of the island began on September 23, 2020, and was completed on April 23, 2022.
Vakasuka International Airport is located on the island, acting as Itokani's primary air facility. The island serves as the namesake for the airport.
History

Vakasuka was officially claimed on September 8, 2020, during the construction of Teivaki.
The airport on the island was originally supposed to be built by Echohue, with the construction proposal for the airport being sent to staff on September 17, 2020, following the completion of Waitui. The proposal was approved on September 22, 2020, and construction began a day later.
Modgate resulted in the inactivity of MinecraftYoshi26 and Echohue, which halted construction of the airport, with the island being reverted to a field filled with flowers.
Mojang1014 came to MinecraftYoshi26 with a proposal to build the airport on February 21, 2022, and was appointed the constructor of the airport five days later. Mojang1014 built the shell of Concourse A and the layout of the airport, while McYoshi26 constructed Concourse B, C, and the concourse connection tunnel, terraformed the area around the airport, and furnished Concourse A. The terraformed front of the airport, the stone seawalls, and nature on the perimeter of the airport were pasted onto the server from singleplayer through World Edit schematics. The surrounding flora includes flowering azalea trees, palm trees, and two large winding trees, similar to the ones at the front of the airport.
On March 7, 2022, a bridge was completed officially connecting Vakasuka to Waitui.
The airport was completed on April 17, 2022. The island was declared completed on April 23, 2022, when all of the gates at Vakasuka International Airport had a vehicle at them.
Etymology
The island is named after the Fijian word referring to 'to return a thing, cause an assembly to disperse'. The Sika Lighthouse is named after the Fijian word for 'gray'. Vakatasu Bridge is named after the Fijian word for 'bridge'.
Geography
Vakasuka is located in the Northern Ocean. It is the southwestern island group in the region of Senikau and is the southernmost island in the region. It was the final island in the southeastern island group to be completed. The island is mainly surrounded by deep ocean, with deep lukewarm ocean only bordering in the northeastern portion of the island.
In relation to other settlements, the closest other settlement is the island of Waitui, which is separated from Vakasuka by a small river in the northern portion of the island.
