Villĕ is a small town located in the Autumnal Sea of the New World. The town is located on a series of artificial islands constructed of Smooth Andensite, Smooth Diorite, Stone Bricks, and Cobblestone. It is inspired by the Open Canal System of the irl town of Venice. The islands are constructed on a raised area in the ocean, and the ever expanding archipelago of islands are elevated a few blocks above sea level.
History
Villĕ is relatively new to the server, with Old Villĕ being founded on December 7th, 2020. Once Old Villĕ reached councillor, the Mayor Thenoahrebl realised the current town design wasn't working and decided to redo Villĕ, dubbed as the "Villĕ Regen Project." He began creating the 1st Island, Simply know as "1", in the lab world and it was constructed and pasted into its new location. The Island had a total of 9 Builds, so the mayor decided to use a design similar to Monte Isola and create the town hall on its own island, connected by bridgeways. The town has now entered a new phase of developement, approaching councillor with a rush to complete interiors and the town hall.
Geography
The current town is very isolated, and the nearest island (coincidentally the place where Old Villĕ was) is over 1k blocks away. However, Villĕ has strong links with other cities, served by Azuma Boats and Azuma Helis.
Architecture
Villĕ is primarily inspired by Venetian/Mexican architecture, with some hints of Amsterdamian Architecture as well. The city is mainly constructed on "City Blocks" which typically take up most/all of the island it is constructed on. The Emperor of Villĕ (Currently Thenoahrebl) has strict rules on how franchises must be constructed in Villĕ. Before building franchises in Villĕ, owners have to go through the criteria briefing.
