Westbeach is a Gamma Ward 2 town founded by ModernArt in Northern Peninsula adjacent to Titsensaki. It was established in late 2019 and was given to the Republic of Norwest under the Treaty of Westbeach, a lease of 2 years and six months.

The Treaty of Westbeach gave ModernArt until the 27th of October 2022 to be the mayor of Westbeach. The Republic of Norwest had interests in the region. After the handover of the territory back to Titsensaki, Republic of Northern Peninsula, the territory still has its own District Mayor. Westbeach has its own legislature, court, and police system separate from Titsensaki under the treaty, operating under the Westbeach Special Administrative Region/Electorate.

Westbeach was a Constitutional Monarchy before the handover. This meant representation of the people of Westbeach's concerns and opinions to lawmaking. The King of the Republic of Norwest gave approval authority to the democratic processes of the Republic of Norwest, however it was with ceremonial authority and was not elected. The Governor of the Colony of Westbeach was the representative of the King of the Republic of Norwest in Westbeach. The Governor gave ceremonial approval of authority to the processes in the Colony of Westbeach.

The highest elected position was the Chief Secretary of Westbeach. Their position was comparable to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, who governs the country with a cabinet of specialised politicians. They were elected by the people.

Transportation

Due to its small size, no roads exist in Westbeach besides the Bus Terminal to the southwest. A metro with 3 stations, is being constructed and plans to open by the end of 2021. There is also a Helicopter connection to Zhong Guo.

Titsensaki-Rincon District Station on the Northern Line is within walking distance of Westbeach as well as a ferry terminal as well as Titsensaki Regional Airport.

Housing

Westbeach is extremely dense so almost all housing is in apartments that are usually very tall, they stand out in the general area which is mostly flat with low level buildings.

Retail

A mall is currently under construction in Admiralty. There are various stores and restaurants scattered across the city especially at the LGBT+ Walk.
