The Boston Railway Corridor is series of circuits of railways running throughout Boston and it's Metropolitan Area. It enables rail service to several major rail hubs in the city, or for service to pass through the area. The main loop runs mostly outside of the main city area, with an exception to the west of Canary Wharf. A spur exists running through Downtown Boston via Waterloo, cutting the outer loop in half.
History
Operations
The corridor includes eleven stations: Chesham, Euston, Paddington, Moorgate, and Liverpool Street on the northern leg; Stratford International on the eastern leg; South Station and Waterloo on the central leg; Clapham Junction and Denmark Hill on the southern leg; and South Ealing on the western leg.
- The Overground serves all eleven stations, including exclusively South Acton, Marble Arch, Moorgate, and Denmark Hill.
