Mojanger Culture is a culture originating from and very prominent in the towns and cities of the former Mojang Union, which is now part of the People's Republic of Montego.

History

Deadbush Era

Mojanger Culture originated in Deadbush, the first town ever built by MojangChan. Migrants from the InfiniteHeights server, who were quite tired of Survival-based play, decided to migrate to the MRT for a non-plot-based, free-build Creative-based play. They founded a little hamlet south of Heampstead named "Deadbush City" and thus development started there. The town had its ups and downs, annexing the abandoned town south of it, while negotiating on border disputes up north. Development was slow and sparse, but that will soon change with the Mojangers' discovery of WorldEdit.

On mid-2018, the Mojangers witnessed a gas station made by woorich999 being WorldEdited into a plot of land and so they were curious on how they can use this newfound sorcery to their advantage. They then experimented with WorldEdit on their under construction railway station. Just robinho, who saw the Mojangers' lack of basic knowledge on WorldEdit, dragged them into WorldEdit school, where they will be formally educated on the sorcery. After about an hour of observation and pressing the "Proceed" button, the Mojangers finally learned to some extent, the sorcery of WorldEdit. The Mojangers, having observed the //stack command, sparked an idea of using this command as an efficient way of building skyscrapers. They then experimented on this by constructing the Pylon Building in Middelhoog. They //stack up'd the schematic of the floor and it succeeded. This command will then be instrumental in molding the skyline of Deadbush.

As Deadbush rapidly urbanized, many aspects of the culture also evolved. Construction in general became faster and more efficient, as can be seen by how skyscrapers in Deadbush were only built in about a day or two. The economy moved from a construction-based market to financial and IT-based market, as infrastructure for these markets were already put in place during the process of Deadbush's rapid urbanization. Education improved with the introduction of the University of Deadbush system and the Deadbush International School, offering courses on construction, law, finance, IT, and much more. Cuisine also improved as the Mojangers were able to turn the simple cooked steak, porkchop, and chicken, into dishes like Adobo, Liempo, and Chicken Inasal, just to name a few.

After months of rapid urbanization, Deadbush became the biggest city on the Grand Mesa and one of the largest cities on the MRT. This was all done through the Mojanger's innovations in many aspects such as construction, transport, and a strong cultural identity. At this point, the Mojangers turned from lumberjack, miner, peasants to one of the biggest innovators in the whole MRT.

As Deadbush reached its peak, many problems started to arise: discrimination towards Testificates, higher taxes, and police riots as a result of violent shanty communities. Some residents became dissatisfied and started to leave Deadbush in order to escape the dilemmas of the city, while others left Deadbush to seek better economic and livelihood opportunities. These emigrants would then found new towns across the MRT, some big, some small. The administration, at that time, supported this move, as this migration would create more jobs, more homes, and better living standards for the Mojangers cramped by the overcrowdedness of Deadbush. This emigration would also give the town more time to decompress and fix its numerous problems.

And so, the wave of migration begins and many towns, varying in size, started to sprung up into existence. The testificates dissatisfied with the government founded the town of Johnston under the leadership of Johannes Johnston, a former Deadbush politician. The fishermen of the former Megaton Dominions, who had absolutely no work opportunities in Deadbush, founded the town of Dekuville in the mega swamp and there, a large fishing community started to grow. As more towns started popping up, there was need to band together these towns into one single state, and thus the Mojang Union was formed, a nation for all Mojangers. A new capital was then built right beside Sunshine Coast under the name of Mojangsburg as the center of this new state. From there, even more towns started springing up. The miners of Deadbush decided to create their own community. They founded towns where ore was rich and diamonds were plentiful such as Boxton, Masonsdorp, and Jeb. New Stone City was founded as a holiday escape for the peoples of the Mojang Union. Seuland was founded by homeless people who were tired of living in the streets of Deadbush. Chan Bay was founded by the Westtrekkers who managed to trek their way into the "Bay of Paradise". Edwardsburg was founded due to diplomatic opportunities between the Mojang Union and Victoria.

As the Mojang Union grew and grew. Mojanger culture prospered. The culture became more diverse, and living standards increased by tenfold. The Mojang Union then became one of the leading superpowers of the MRT. The future was bright for the Mojangers, as well as for the Mojang Union of course.

The Fall and Recovery

After months and months of building and building and expanding and expanding, the Mojangers became burned out. The ecomony started deflating and productivity was becoming low. In order to save the life of the Mojang Union and to avoid the union from turning into Zimbabwe, all the towns were handed over to fellow allies of the Mojang Union so they can be in safe hands. By a diplomatic agreement between the Mojang Union and the Kaktus Republic, a new state was formed that merged these two countries: the People's Republic of Montego. This country would then lead Mojanger and Kaktus culture into future prosperity and progress. In order for Mojanger culture to never be lost, member of the high council of the People's Republic of Montego MojangChan proposed a law that would preserve the culture of the Mojangers, which was approved and ratified by the government of the republic. It was now assured that Mojanger culture would never cease to exist.

About half of the Mojangers align with the Roman Catholic faith, while the other half is irreligious.
