Flèche is the name of the train
D means that it is diesel, E means that it is electric (pantograph drawn), and B means it is battery powered
Even further, Er is the 3rd rail powered varient of electric trains
2000 means that the train is 2 cars long. The number can also be X000, with X being the number of carriages of the train
LR stands for Long Range (only for diesel/battery sets), and UC stands for Ultra Capacity (availiable for all sets)
LR sets have extra fuel tanks/batteries on them, and UC sets have the length each carriage extended by 6 blocks
