Districts
Existing Districts
Handlowe
Handlowe Commercial District is the main downtown district of San Dzobiak, and the first neighborhood ever built in San Dzobiak. It is the densest and tallest area of the city, and is overwhelmingly dedicated to office buildings and commercial retail. It is home to the San Dzobiak Union Square mixed-use entertainment complex and transit center. It is also home to the San Dzobiak Hospital Complex.
It is home to the San Dzobiak Skyway, a network of bridges connecting the large commercial developments (i.e. MRT Fashion Square and Granitad Center) away from the traffic of Handlowe Boulevard and its intersecting roads.
It is served by the Handlowe/Fashion Square monorail station.
Dzobiak Central
Dzobiak Central is, as the name implies, the central area of San Dzobiak, and is covered in strip malls and commercial space. On the southwest side there is also some residential area, which is known as Chumble Spuzz Hill. The vast majority of the district is centered upon Dzobiak Highway, one of the most important roads in San Dzobiak, and a road which in San Dzobiak's fictional lore replaced San Dzobiak Road/Camino Del Lago as the main road through the city in the 1940s. Dzobiak Highway will apply for B-road status upon its planned connection to Dabecco.
There are five strip malls at the moment: Dzobiak Marketplace, Barkwood Plaza, Sans Dzobiak Plaza, Del Lago Town Center, and Calvin Center, which are anchored by Blockmaker's, Montpelier's Grocery, Sans Club, Outdoor Equipment Retailers, and BADKEA respectively. There are 33 franchises combined within all the strip malls.
It is served by the Dzobiak Central monorail station.
Crossroads
Crossroads is the area just north of Dzobiak Central, mostly populated by office parks and also housing San Dzobiak's Town Hall. It is defined mostly by the chain of intersections between Platypus Valley Parkway, Dzobiak Highway, and Fashion Square Drive, hence the name.
Shaddison Forest
Shaddison Forest is the hilly, oak forest residential area northwest of Handlowe.
Old Town
Old Town San Dzobiak, also known as Freeacre Mesa, is where the original town of San Dzobiak was founded as per the city's fictional lore (in real life the area was built in July 2020). It is a large tourist attraction. The Old Town itself consists of a man-made Minecraft Village, with a park, parking structure, and mixed use residential complex complimenting it. It is bordered by Platypus Valley Parkway to the north, Perry Beach Road to the west, Freeacre Road to the south, and a cliff to the east.
San Dzobiak High School resides on the other side of Freeacre Road from Old Town.
It is served by the Old Town/Freeacre Mesa monorail station.
Eastside
This is where most intracity transit hubs are, including San Dzobiak International Airport (the city's only airport) and San Dzobiak Union Station. There is also some planned industry zoning on the Frontage Road to the A4.
It is served by the Union Station and Airport monorail stations.
Del Lago
Del Lago, also known in areas as Perry Point, is a predominantly residential area located southwest of Dzobiak Central, and in San Dzobiak's fictional lore is one of the older areas of the city. It is named for its proximity to Lake Dzobiak, for which it has the city's only Marina.
Southside/FliHigh Spire
Southside is the entire region of San Dzobiak south of the A405 that does not include the Harbor. In addition to some planned residential area, Southside also consists of the FliHigh Spire development, an under construction mixed-use 18-floor skyscraper south of San Dzobiak Union Square, to be the headquarters of FliHigh Airlines. In addition, there is to be a mall with 9+ shops, a hotel, and a visitors center/monorail station.
FliHigh Spire is located where UTSD (San Dzobiak's University) was planned to be built, but those plans never materialized.
It will be served by the Southside/FliHigh Spire monorail station.
Country Club
San Dzobiak Country Club is a recreational and leisure development located northwest of Old Town. The Country Club consists of the Zielony Resort Hotel, the San Dzobiak Spleef Gardens, and the Country Club Golf Course. There are also planned to be some houses. It is served by the specially-built Country Club Drive.

Districts with Roads but no Buildings
Perry Beach
Perry Beach is a small hilly area south of Old Town and just west of Del Lago and Perry Point. It is planned to be primarily residential, with its sole commercial aspects coming in a beach hut on the titular beach.
Planned Districts
Monument Canyon
Monument Canyon is named after the abandoned monument originally built by lfpp003 many years before San Dzobiak was founded. If anything is ever built here it will be a sparse residential area, as the topography is rough.
Harbor
Coming soon.
Rancho San Dzobiak
The birch forest west of Old Town and Perry Beach. Working title.
Perimeter
The area that abuts the A51, which will be primarily industrial. Another large multi-use mall (Plaza San Dzobiak) is currently under construction here, and the area will be served by the terminus of the Monorail Line 2 .
