Union Airways (UA) was the national carrier of the Federated States. The helicopter subsidiary was called Union Heli (UH), but has since been replaced by FS Heli.

In November 2021, Union Airways was acquired by IntraAir, which planned to dissolve the airline into mainline IntraAir. The airline's only current flight was to be replaced by IntraAir service on the same route.

On August 22, 2022, these plans were formally cancelled as IntraAir sold Union Airways back to ondist, who integrated the airline into Rosa.
