XXI TacoBurritoAThon was the twenty-first iteration of TacoBurritoAThon. It was held on June 26th, 2021 in Lapis Bay.
Bidding
The Commissioner, Skelezomperman, announced when XX TacoBurritoAThon was awarded to Crystal City that there would be "at least one" TacoBurritoAThon held during the summer. Later on, he sought public opinion to award a TacoBurritoAThon to Seoland without forcing Seoland to go through the normal bidding process. This was because Seoland had already been a candidate city twice before and both times it had been judged to be viable to host a TacoBurritoAThon. He again re-assured the public that at least one TacoBurritoAThon would be awarded through the normal bidding process; public opinion was overall positive on this idea albeit muted.
The application form to bid for a TacoBurritoAThon in the summer of 2021 was opened on May 21st. The form was closed three days later on May 24th, thus beginning the applicant phase for the six cities which applied. On May 27th, the applicant phase was concluded with the announcement that Bristol, Lapis Bay, Las Playas, and Prismarine had made the candidate shortlist; the two applicant cities which were not shortlisted were Shadowpoint and Winterville. The commissioner also announced on the same day that Seoland would host a TacoBurritoAThon later during the summer; however, at the time it was not determined which TacoBurritoAThon Seoland would host.
The candidacy phase concluded on June 4th after all four of the candidate cities presented themselves to the Commissioner. On that day the decision was made to extend an offer to Lapis Bay to host a TacoBurritoAThon, and dates for the two subsequent TBAThons were negotiated with the cities of Lapis Bay and Seoland. The following day on June 5th, it was announced that Lapis Bay would host XXI TacoBurritoAThon on Saturday, June 26th, while Seoland would host XXII TacoBurritoAThon on Sunday, July 11th. Lapis Bay was also assigned to host a TacoBurritoAThon at a different time than normal to accommodate people living in places where TacoBurritoAThon ordinarily would be held during the middle of the night.

While filling out this form is not required to play in TacoBurritoAThon, people who are interested are recommended to do so. Completing the form guarantees that if you are at XXI TacoBurritoAThon when it begins, you will be selected to play.
Every player is guaranteed at least $20; in addition, the winning team will split a prize pool of at least $200.

How to get to Lapis Bay
As of June 25th, there are 3 methods of getting to Lapis Bay from Spawn.
- Riding the MRT Expo Line and alight at XE31 Lapis Bay - Venessa Bay Station station.
- Use the warp from the Spawn Welcome Centre to MRT Marina, then take the Hummingbird Boat Lines Lotus Line or Clipper Airlines Seaplane Flight 94 to Lapis Bay.
- Head to the Central City Warp Rail Terminal, take BluRail 3X to Tranquil Forest, then exchange to 11 to arrive at Lapis Bay.
