Springfield was a town that was unranked that was founded by Minecraft252. Springfield was founded on June 16, 2021, and annexed into Bristol on April 21, 2024. There were several builds within Springfield. Springfield was located not too terribly too far away from both Bristol Spleef Arena and Bristol Soccer Stadium. Portions of Bristol National Park could be seen from Springfield. There were no roads within Springfield but managed to feature grid-like walking paths. Bristol International University had a campus located within Springfield proper which has now been turned over to Bristol.
Trivia
The Red Line for Bristol Metro v2 passed through town but didn't stop within town limits.
Springfield Lore
Many moons ago a Bristol resident named Homer Simpson had a dream that he wanted to establish a brand new town east of Bristol. With just 50 MRT dollars in his pocket, he created the town of Springfield. Homer Simpson decided on the name of Springfield for the town because he loved spring and fields so yeah.
