Section I- Ownership

  1. All FS Rail, Buses, Ferries, ect., as well as stakes in other projects owned by the FS Department of Transportation (F.S.D.O.T.) will be jointly owned by the MPO itself.
  2. All FS Roads will be built and managed by FSDOT, but owned by the MRT public.

Section II-Management

  1. Official FSDOT business will be managed by a 3 member board appointed by the administration. Administrators are not eligible for this position, judiciary members are eligible for this position.
  2. Members of the FSDOT Board are responsible for approving track sharage, negotiating permissions with town owners, discussing joint projects with other MPOs, sending 4K waivers, ect.
  3. A service adjustment or expansion of FSDOT will require the majority of the board's approval.
  4. The Affairs of FSDOT will take place in a separate category of the FS Discord with a private channel created for the Board. The channels will be named as following:
    1. Category "TRANSPORTATION"
    2. Channel "FSDOT-ANNOUNCEMENTS"
    3. Channel "FSDOT-GENERAL"
    4. Channel "FSDOT-BOARD-SUBMISSIONS"
    5. Private Channel "FSDOT-BOARD-PRIVATE"
  5. New transportation companies may be proposed to the board, who will vote on its foundation and then appoint a head of the company. The administration may terminate a company at any time.

Section III- Protocol

  1. All builders/ planners who wish to add onto the network must submit a proposal to the Board who will then vote by majority consensus.
  2. Members of the Board have oversight on ongoing projects.
  3. A motion of No Confidence may be introduced on a Board Member at any time.
  4. Board members may be removed by the administration at any time.
  5. In the event of the Dissolution of FSDOT, or the MPO itself, transit agencies will be transferred to their respected managers. A Google Sheet will be created and managed by the FSDOT Board to ensure this is done successfully.
