Baylis Northern Territories Treaty

This is the official Baylis Northern Territories Treaty. This will be the foundation for the Shadowpoint-Royalston expansion to Baylis Island (Appx. 6500 1500 on Epsilon) and Cankity Mountains (West of the island). THIS IS FOR HISTORICAL PURPOSES ONLY

Treaty

The Baylis Northern Territories Treaty is as follows. The Shadowpoint-Royalston joint venture to colonize and create cities on and around the Baylis Island area shall adhere to the following.

The creation of the Baylis Territories MPO, a regional organization dedicated to keeping relations between the colonies on Baylis. All cities in the Shadowpoint-Royalston venture must join it.

The creation of an SMP on Baylis Island itself. (This does not include the mountains to the west.) This will be between the West side (Shadowpoint Colony) and the east side (Royalston Colony).
