Feline Holdings/Franchise Terms & Conditions

All franchises and properties licensed by Feline Holdings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Properties distributed by Feline Holdings including franchises are property of Feline Holdings, and are licensed, not sold.
• Properties licensed to a town cannot be moved across city limits, unless the price of the store is fully repaid, with limited exceptions.
• Modification of any property is not allowed without consent of Feline Holdings. If a town or location owner does not cosmetically agree with the franchise, it may be removed.
• No refunds are available for any Feline Holdings property. If a property is removed, it will not be replaced.
• Any violations of these terms may result in properties being closed or removed.
