Feline Holdings/Press Release

Effective immediately, Feline Holdings has acquired Frontier Group and all of its assets. Frontier Group CEOs JohnNotTech and Soleurs and Feline Holdings CEO KittyCat11231 recently came to an acquisition agreement in which Frontier Group will be fully owned by Feline Holdings, including its subsidiaries:

• STOP N' DROP
• Prubourne Steak
• ATLAS
• Notalis
• Sierra's Grill
• X-Mobile
• Frontier Ventures
• Arrivé
• Prubourne Steakhouse
• Inverted Horizon Bookstore

Of those subsidiaries, special terms apply to a few of them:

• Feline Holdings acquired Frontier's 50% share of Notalis, the other 50% is owned by GeorgiaHoldings.
• Sierra's Grill was already 50% owned by Feline Holdings, the acquisition applies to the other 50%.
• X-Mobile was previously 33% owned by Feline Holdings, 33% owned by Frontier Group, and 33% owned by Northwest Holdings. As part of the acquisition, X-Mobile will be 50% owned by Feline Holdings and 50% owned by Northwest Holdings.
• Arrivé was previously 33% owned by Feline Holdings, 33% owned by Frontier Group, and 33% owned by GopherCorp. As part of the acquisition, Arrivé will be owned 50% by Feline Holdings and 50% by Gopher Corp.
• Feline Holdings has given GopherCorp a 50% share in Prubourne Steakhouse.

As of now, Frontier Group operates as a direct subsidiary of Feline Holdings, however soon it will be fully assimilated into Feline Holdings. Also, Soleurs and JohnNotTech will remain as employees of Feline Holdings and have a licensing agreement to sell franchises that were formerly owned under Frontier Group.

As Frontier Group's slogan states, it's a new day.
