Feline Holdings/Property Terms

By building on the property of Feline Holdings, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You may not build on Feline Holdings property without express permission from Feline Holdings.
• You disclaim any property rights to anything you build on Feline Holdings property, which shall remain exclusively owned by Feline Holdings.
• Feline Holdings reserves the right to make any edits whatsoever on its property.
• You agree to follow any and all restrictions imposed by Feline Holdings as a condition of approval for building on Feline Holdings property.
• These conditions apply to all Feline Holdings private property, including the property of its subsidiaries, and applies to all builds/edits on such property, including but not limited to franchises, transport vehicles, and signage.
• You may not build on Feline Holdings property without agreeing to these terms and conditions.
• Feline Holdings reserves the right to change these terms and/or add new terms at any time, with or without notice.
