The Memphis Transport Authority / MRTA is a government-run cooperative which oversees all of Memphis' Transportation systems, including its monorail, rental boats in the Memphis Pier, and the maintenance of transport facilities in the city.
The Memphis Transport Authority is run by Memphis' founder, TheNorthMemphis.
