At the moment, a request to have a helipad in Chan Bay International Airport is being processed, however, if you can construct your helipad soon (in the next week) we will forgo the opportunity at CBI. We initially preferred a helipad in your city because you are not affiliated with the PRM and you are a trade partner of the Democratic Republic of Vulpine.
