Below is an explanation of all my assets and how I would like them to be transferred:

Niwen:

Includes everything in Niwen, other than my cats. I'd like all stations in Niwen to retain their original "edit permissions". For example, Autobus has full permission to edit his train ferry, and I'd like it to stay that way. As of now, these buildings include all warp rail stations and all franchises. I'd like for the owner of Niwen to leave the town relatively untouched.

Nibel:

Includes every building in Nibel. As with Niwen, I'd like all franchises to be free to edit by the franchise owner, and all stations should be editable by the people that operate the trains in that station.

Buxstar Coffee:

The owner of Buxstar Coffee will only be allowed to make minor modifications of already existing Buxstars. This includes things such as maintaining any dispensers, fixing Redstone or repairing any damages. The owner of Buxstar may construct new Buxstars under the same brand, however should make an effort to maintain the usual style and quality of already existing Buxstars.

Clothing Nibel:

The owner of Clothing Nibel will only be allowed to make minor modifications of already existing Clothing Nibels. The owner of Clothing Nibel may construct new Clothing Nibels under the same brand, however should make an effort to maintain the usual style and quality of already existing Clothing Nibels.

Internet company (still being built:

If I get banned or leave the server before the completion of the Internet company, I'd like whoever the owner is to converse with Weier over the logistics of the company e.c.t, as the HQ is based in weiers town Savage City.

P&N Ferries:

I'd be happy for the future owner to either merge P&N Ferries with their ferry company, or keep it independent and modify it as they wish. However, I'd like them to preserve at least part of the original name or ferry of the original company, to keep a historical element.

People Counters:

I'd like whoever inherits these to DM me over discord to arrange the transfer of these, as I have Google spreadsheets of all the data they have collected since December 2020. I'd like the future owner to check and document the counters once a week, every Thursday ideally, and update the Google Docs accordingly. If they feel they cannot take on the responsibility, i'd like them to transfer the counters and the Google Docs to someone who can.

My other assets:

Whatever. Do anything you want with these.
