This is the quick guide for writing on MRT Wiki for the wiki noobs.

First steps

1. Get the wiki account creation password. This can be obtained from #get-passwords, or if you're not in the Discord, obtain it from a staff member.
2. Look for "Create account" in top-right, enter your Minecraft username, email and the wiki account creation password.
3. Verify your email. If you don't see your verification email, check spam. If you don't see it, you might have to resend it.

Instructions for creating a page

1. Navigate to any page that doesn't exist.
2. Click on "Create this page".
3. Enter anything you would like to describe about this thing in question. This can include your town, your business or anything else.
4. Click "Save changes".

Instructions for creating your user page

Each user page varies between member to member, but they usually contain brief information about themselves, their rank progression, assets, will and anything else they wish to share.

1. Look for your username next to the person icon. Click on it.
2. Follow the instructions for creating your page, as seen above.

How to edit pages?

1. Look for "Edit" at the top. Click on it.
2. Type something you would like to add about the thing in question.
3. Click "Save changes".

How do I upload images?

1. Look for "Upload file" on the left. If you don't see it, it means you don't have the "Trusted" permission in the wiki. In that case, ask admins via #requests-to-staff or email to give it to you.
2. In the "Source File" section, select an image you want to upload from your computer.
3. Click "Upload file".
