Democratic State of Bronte/Transport

Each mode of transit is owned in terms of infustructre by BLT, Bronte Localised Transport, who's HQ in displayed. However, each mode of transit is subcontracted to a company by BLT, so that the branding is all done under BLT, but seperate companies have automonmy in certain things including local branding.
