EcoRail is a rail company owned by Darwin Holdings that operates warp rail, minecart rail, and planned traincart lines. It operates a few rail lines across the new world and is the rail division of EcoTransit. It was founded on December 4th, 2023 as part of the company reorganization of Darwin Holdings. It currently owns 50% in ViaRail which it does world-wide rail operations with Bobby Transit. It also owns Manukau Trains which has operations in various places of the world as well. It also owns other companies and lines in the future. EcoRail does not operate any lines under the EcoRail brand, instead, it runs many of the minecart and warp rail lines under subsidiary branches.
It uses a mixture of rolling stock from various companies including IntraRail Rolling Stock Company and Azure Vehicles.
Rolling Stock
EcoRail uses a varity of rolling stock for its warp rail lines. Each subsidiary and brand uses a different rolling stock to fit their purposes and intents. Here is the list of rolling stock used by EcoRail's brands.

- Azure Trains - Used on EcoRail's ViaRail Operations
- Manukau MT3-000 - Used on EcoRail's Manukau Trains Operations

EcoRail currently does not operate any lines but does operate lines under various brands/Subsidaries.
ViaRail
ViaRail is a warp rail company that is jointly owned by both EcoRail under Darwin Holdings and BobbyTransit. It plans to operate many routes across the new world. EcoRail supplies rolling stock and does logistics for the company to make sure the lines can be made smoothly. However, the actual lines are made constructed and built by BobbyTransit.
Manukau Trains
Manukau Trains is a warp rail company that operates various unconnected lines across the Epsilon region of the New World. It was originally founded by MikeRoma, Soleurs and JohnNotTech and was IATed by Darwin Holdings in November of 2023. It was separated from Manukau Transport and reorganized as a subsidiary of EcoRail. EcoRail manages and maintains the lines that was already built by previous owners while also adding possible new destinations on the path of existing lines.
EcoCart
EcoCart is a traincart rail company that operates traincart lines in the western zeta of the new world. It is planned to have various connections in the area and express lines to important places outside the region.
