Background
Founded by Kiwirainbow, Hntredtie, and Bestmate66 as a way to organize a few companies, GeorgiaHoldings is a parent company for InterContinental Hotels, and ICAG. At the time it was founded on February 14th, 2015, it was decided that there would be a board of executives rather than a single chief executive officer. In September of 2015, it was decided GeorgiaHoldings would seek more shares of various companies.
